We do not have a set fee, because each customer’s needs vary from type of materials to the volume of what needs to be removed.
We are based in Los Angeles and provide junk removal services to the West LA, Southbay, Silver Lake, Hollywood, Santa Monica and greater Los Angeles areas. Please contact us if you are located outside of that region because we do go farther out.
Yes, we do. We love to recycle all materials to specified recyclers. We also donate everything possible to local charities!
No. We will bring trucks that can remove and transport all of the materials and junk that we will be removing from your property. You do not have to supply anything, because we will have all of the tools and equipment necessary.
We remove almost anything including furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, household items, clothing, fixtures, lighting, old tools, wood, scrap metal, yard debris, construction debris, dirt, concrete, brick, spas, fencing, sheds, play structures, exercise equipment, carpets, car batteries, tires, toys, and more.
Yes. Whatever date and time or time window that we mutually agree upon will be honored, because this is how we do our business.
We never want anyone to wait for us so we always ask the client how much time they need to meet at the location. We then call them before they head out so we can be there before client can meet us.
No. You can leave all of the heavy lifting to the professionals. We do not want you to harm yourself. Our qualified junk removers are trained and know precisely how to lift and carry in the safest manner possible. Just let us know what you need removed and we will take care of the rest.
We usually send 2 professional loaders for most jobs. We will always add more loaders if the job is much larger size or to lift heavy materials.
There is no charge if you cancel your appointment by phone the night beforehand. If we show up without notification, we charge a trip fee of $150.00.
Junk Junk will never give an exact price over the phone. What we can do is give you a rough ESTIMATE over the phone but we cannot give you a guaranteed price. To get a solid price we have to physically see the junk needing to be removed. This protects both YOU, our customer, as well as Junk Junk LA services from giving false pricing.
We would rather you be there because we may have questions during the junk removal process. If you cannot be there, our team will verify the price on site. During the haul, we will take a before and after pictures so you can see our work. We take credit card payments over the phone before the guys start the work! Be rest assured, our reputation is more important!
Our trucks are always out and about so we always have gaps in our schedule to provide lower cost haul away. A piggyback haul is a non-appointment day or time. We fit you into our schedule and can give our client a super large discount. (LA clients loves us for this)
Yes. We can sometimes even give a quote over the phone! If your project is large, we will come out and give you a no-obligation, no-cost estimate.
Yes. We have removed items that have been infested by rodents, roaches, bed bugs and other hazardous conditions.
No. We will come into your home, garage or yard and ask you to point to the items you want taken away.
We schedule our appointments firm times for the first appointment at 8am, we then have a 2 to 3 -hour time frame of promise window. Our driver will call 30 minutes before they arrive to let you know they are on their way. We make it easy!
We love to give flat rate pricing on demolition then the square foot contractors quotes. (LA loves us for this)
